This session will highlight women’s leadership in climate resilience and biodiversity protection across Latin America, through experiences supported by the EUROCLIMA and Amazonía+ programmes. It will showcase the work of women firefighters in Colombia, Afro-descendant women in Brasil leading territorial conservation, and women ranchers in Uruguay promoting sustainable livestock management.
