Radar of Innovative Insurance solutions and climate risk-sharing examples and how to scale up these solutions by 2030
Objectives:
- Building on previous events held in Egypt and Dubai, this event will continue the analysis, showcasing how insurance can be a key factor to help innovate in resilience and preparedness for climate change to make Europe and the world be better prepared and remain competitive amongst the increasing impacts from climate change.
- Based on the Innovative insurance solutions emerging from projects like SOTERIA, MERLIN, NATURANCE andPIISA we will present some examples and discuss examples focused on agriculture, sharing of data or ecosystem-based insurance.
