The planet's global temperature has risen by one degree since 1880. Climate change is a fact, and we are already beginning to notice some of the consequences of living in a warmer world. TVE’s El Tiempo has virtually traveled to San Sebastián to show what the effects of global warming will be on Spain's coasts. There, in the Basque city, the International Climate Change Conference "Change the Change" is being held from March 6 to 8, bringing together some of the world's most prominent experts on the subject.
