In order to accelerate adaptation to climate change in all areas, and to address the climate emergency we are experiencing, there is a need to focus on developing and implementing effective and ambitious solutions to limit the risks arising from climate change, as highlighted by both the new EU Climate Change Adaptation Strategy and the PNACC 2021-2030.
